What Sizes Do You Carry?

We currently offer a curated selection of sizes small through large and shoe sizes 7-9.5. While we focus on these sizes due to our stores space, we're excited to explore expanding our range in the future as demand for our swap program grows!

In contrast, swapping allows for immediate exchanges, enabling you to trade your pre-loved items for stamps that can be used right away to redeem new items, all while keeping 100% of your item's resale value.

What Happens If I Don't Find Anything I Like?

New items are regularly added to the floor, so we encourage you to return at a later date to explore fresh options if you don’t find something on your first visit. How Many Times Can I Bring In Clothes For Evaluation Per Month?

You can bring in up to five items per month for evaluation. To maximize the chances of your items being accepted, please review our accepted items guidelines before your visit. This will help ensure that the items you bring align with current in demand styles.

What Happens If None Of My Items Are Accepted?

We encourage you to read over what we accept so you increase your chances of having all your items accepted. However, if your items do not meet our guidelines after two attempts to swap with us, we’re happy to refund your membership fee upon your request. Please read the full refund policy here. Can I Still Buy Items Without A Membership?

Yes, you can still purchase items without a membership. All items are marked with both a purchase price and a stamp value. To buy an item outright, simply pay the listed price. If you're a member, you also have the option to use stamps earned to purchase an item, but a membership is not required to shop with us.
