Currently, we're open to accepting high-quality preloved garments, purses, scarves, jewelry, and footwear for the fall. How To Consign Your Clothes With Us
Please schedule a 30-minute consignment appointment through our booking page, we do not accept walk-ins. On the day of your appointment, we ask that you bring a maximum of one bag of clothes. During your appointment, our team will carefully review your items and select those we believe will complement our store's offerings. Any items not selected due to wear or demand will be promptly returned to you.
*** Please note that due to limited space, we are unable to hold your items beyond your appointment day. Kindly pick them up by the end of your appointment or they will be donated to charity.
What Is The Consignment Rate?
You'll earn 40% of the final selling price of your items. Track your sales easily using your live sales portal. Once your balance reaches $50 or more, you can request a payout, which we process via e-transfer. Store credit is valid for up to two years.
How Are Items Priced?
When determining the pricing for your items, we consider their condition and demand, typically listing them at 25-50% of the original retail value. Additionally, we take into consideration current store sales for similar brand-new items to ensure fairness for both our consignors and customers.
Will My Items Be Marked Down?
All items are displayed for an 8-week period with pricing as follows:
- First 4 weeks: Regular Price
- Following 2 weeks: 25% Off
- Last 2 weeks: 50% Off
Please be aware that our pricing structure is subject to seasonal in-store promotions and discounts. If you prefer that your items not be marked down, we encourage you to explore alternative consignment options. Our pricing and sales approach aims to facilitate the sale of your items.
What Happens If My Items Don't Sell?
All unsold items remaining after 8 weeks will be donated to charity. If you wish to collect your items it is YOUR responsibility to come in to retrieve your items off the floor one week before the completion of the 8 weeks.
How Do I Get Paid For My Sold Items?
Payouts will be done through e-transfer when you incur a balance of $50 or above. You can check the status of your items through your live seller portal and call us to request a payout once you meet the threshold.
*** Consignor credit is valid for 2 years before expiration.
What Should I Bring My Clothing In?
On the day of your appointment, we ask that you bring a maximum of one bag of clothes (approximately 30 garments). You are welcome to bring them into the store in any manner that is easiest for you, whether it's in a suitcase, bag, or on hangers. At the end of your 30-minute appointment, we will return any unselected clothes along with the method of transportation you used to bring your items.
